The carburetor interface is insulated from the body by Teflon, which is conducive to the hot start of the engine; the internal diaphragm pump of the carburetor is driven by the cylinder block, and sufficient fuel can be provided regardless of the aircraft's attitude and the position of the fuel tank; the integral bronze connecting rod is used. When the engine is fully run-in, the bronze connecting rod will be more durable, and its wear resistance and durability far exceed the high-quality needle connecting rod; the cylinder liner is made of wear-resistant ductile iron, and the roundness tolerance of the inner hole of the cylinder body is within 0.01mm, which is much higher than the roundness tolerance of the inner hole of the aluminum alloy chrome-plated cylinder liner of 0.03mm. In principle, the aluminum alloy chrome-plated cylinder liner does not meet the EU environmental protection requirements; the engine intake system adopts the crankshaft intake method, which has a longer intake opening and closing time than the reed valve intake method. The reed valve intake method has different elastic delays of the reed itself and the negative pressure of the crankcase, which causes inaccurate intake opening and closing times.
